The Gwen Scott grant program supports health professionals in undertaking professional development in diabetes. Applications are now open for the 2018 funding round. A total of $25,000 is available. To be eligible, applicants must hold a valid Diabetes Victoria membership and look to expand their professional development in the field of diabetes.
Past recipients have used their grants in a myriad of ways – such as further study to complete a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education, attend international diabetes conferences and even complete a Master of Advanced Nursing.

Submit your application and receive a confirmation email.
After the close date, 30 April 2018, your application will be reviewed by a panel and, if you are shortlisted, your references will be contacted.
You will be contacted in June 2018 to inform you of the outcome of your application.
All winners will be publicly announced during National Diabetes Week 2018 (8–14 July).
